Any way to change 'People' graphics by hex-editing?
Does anybody know of an area in the sav/scn files that determines the part of people.gif currently used? Usually, I would just give the civ concerned the needed technology(s), but in this case, one of the two civs are the Barbarians (where this doesn't work), and the other civ needs to still be able to have the look of its people change, once it modernizes (with 'Invention').
A hard nut to crack, I admit. I guess it should be possible, though, since the city graphics can be edited in a similar way (as demonstrated by Allard Höfelt).

Any hunches?

Might be. Still, the city style thing was discovered by accident. There's not a nearby bite for the people, so it'll be harder to find it.

If I have some free time again, I'll search for it.

(P.S. I got a new signature)
