Test of Time 2, Angelo Scotto new game..:)
I haven't been bothering much about Civ2 TOT in scenarios but seems someone has been doing something good for it... Check out http://apolyton.net/forums/Forum29/HTML/000862.html?19

new improvements to the game..

-Link maps east-west (and also top-down)
-Link two places on different maps without the annoying "same X,Y" effect as in normal TOT
-Units which can be built only in cities with a particular improvement built
-Units which changes their unit-type pressing a key
-Events triggered by a unit entering in a particular square
