Changing default screen refresh rate
Everytime I start Civ3 (any version - currently Conquests) the game resets my normal screen refresh rate of 100 mhz back down to 75 mhz. A few minutes after it loads, the screen develops an annoying flicker. I must then go in and set the refresh rate back to my usual 100 mhz to get rid of the flicker.

SO: how do I get CIV to use 100 mhz as it's default? I have never had any other technical problems with any of the Civs, so I have not had to figure out how to modify the ini file - if that's the ticket here. Please help! It's not THAT annoying to have to change it everytime, but if I can get around it - that would be great.

Add the following line to the INI. file:

Refresh=100

(not need for it be 100 though, you do know the higher the refresh rate, the biiger the performance hit on your 3D card is, right? Somewhere around 80 is more then enough)
