I like to nuke entire civs to the dirt. Reduce all of their cities to 1 pop and annihilate their tile improvements.

I think that's what the polluted tiles is supposed to represent. After all a polluted tile cannot be worked so the city starts starving down.

Smokey tha nuke man
This is a guy who really espoused the use of nuclear warheads in the conflicts represented in Civilization. To say that his views were extreme is....well....an understatement.

Try not to laugh when reading this man's nuclear weapon prose!

here's a little taste:

Quote:
da smokes survey:

this is a survey and a question, so if y'all can quit pimpin or whateva ya doin, answa da smokes. 1. how many times anyone of y'all have had a nuke war that f@!#ed up the whole planet (every friggin square)? It was like, a billion fo da smokes. 2. Which is better, good navy, good army, good dip and spy core, or flying force( nukes don't count, otherwise i wouldn't be asking dis q) 3). who thinks i actually talk in ebonics all da time, and who says i do it once in a while, and who says i'm jes high and can't type right? thanx fo taking da smokes survey. later.
Nuclear Warfare Strategy in Civ2

What you need to do to prepare for Nuclear Warfare

Smokey decides there are alternatives to Nuclear War!

Just a flashback to the Civ2 days...I haven't seen my man Smokey in awhile!
