Please animate this for me or show me how
Ok, it's a basic gif animation, made of 8 seperate pictures. I'd like picture number one (av1.gif) to comprise of the first 15 frames. Picture #2 will make up frame 16. #3 frame 17, and so on - then loop back to #1 for the starting 15 frames. I don't know what speeds this will look good on or if at all, perhaps your judgement shall pass that!

Just set the delay for that frame (before it moves to frame 2) to 15 times the delay of the other frames. Adjust as necessary. No need to have the same frame 15 times.

and than make it blink really fast (needs only 2 frames)

save it to your hard drive and then go to the control panel. At the control panel select the custom avatar and then upload the file.

Just copy the picture as any other picture (i.e. right-click, "save picture as") and add it in your profile.
The pic will show just ok when you display it on a web page. In windows, it only shows the first frame.
