Okay i have two questions first anyone have codes for the independent europe scenario and 2 how do you make a new scenario on the senario editor?

I don't think he changed the codes in his scenario (Independent Europe), and I believe there is a readme for the scenario editor. Do you have any particular thing you need to know?

like a blank scenario? I would take the fantasi file in your folder, copy it, and mod that file
