President Bonaparte and Foreign Minister Metternich call Captain Smithfield into his office to get his report on the recent world war, more specifically the Battle of Budva where the Azande captured the Serb city of Budva.

Metternich - "As our two allies were at war with each other recently, you must imagine the position this places us into. We remained neutral throughout the war, but not without uneasy feelings from both our friends I fear. If there is any nation who should play peacemaker between these two nations it is us. It is quite frustrating however that we were left out of the entire arrangement. Furthermore, neither one of our allies gave us any information as to how the war unfolded. It is my understanding however that your trading vessel as in the middle of the great Battle of Budva."
Smithfield - "Um, yes sir."
Bonaparte - "So please deliver your report on the battle. What happened?"
Smithfield - "Umm, I'm afraid I can't do that sir."
Bonaparte - "Why not?!"
Smithfield - "I..just have nothing to report."
Bonaparte - "This is a matter of national importance. If you are holding back information you will be found treasonous and executed. Now answer me, what happened at the Battle of Budva?"
Smithfield - "I don't know...."
Metternich - "Your ship was docked at Budva during the battle, correct?"
Smithfield - "Yes sir. We were about to deliver our goods to the port."
Bonaparte - "Then how on earth could you not know what happened at the battle?!"
Smithfield - "We were... uh... how to say this. Umm... we were asleep sir."
Bonaparte - "Asleep?!!"
Metternich - "It was a major military engagement. Our two closest friends and allies entered a major war with each other, reaching its apex no more than a few hundred meters from your ship, and you say you slept through the entire battle?"
Smithfield - "...yes sir."
Bonaparte - "Cannon bombardment, musket fire, screaming, death, destruction, battle, fire, you slept through all this?"
Smithfield - "My crew are heavy sleepers, sir."
Bonaparte - "Un-f*cking-believable. Guards, seize this man. Throw him in jail and bring him up on charges."
Guard - "On what charges?"
Bonaparte - "I dunno, extreme incompetance in the line of duty and failure to remain awake during important world events. Make sure his crew never sails a ship for this nation again."
Guard - "Yes sir."

Civl war broke out in egypt as Saddam Hussien attacked the mainland with troops from the provinces...

The battle was long and hard and many were killed or injured....

The Serbs are commemorating the fifth anniversary of the heroic deaths of lieutenants Milan Spasic and Sergej Masera. Prime Minister Nikola Pasic and the Defence Minister Duke Ratomir Putnik arrived in Budva at the place of the ultimate sacrifice. Yes, it was at this very pier that the heroic young lieutenants gave their lives to prevent two ships anchored in the port of Budva to fall into the bloody murderous hands of Lizard barbarians.

Yes, the Lizard armies have already breached the lines of defence and Budva was about to fall when Spasic and Masera gave their young lives to prevent the capture of their two ships. They sank their two ships and they sank together with them. Such is the tradition of Serbian warriors inspired by the legacy of their ancestors. Such is their determination. Such is their courage. Serb warriors will stop at nothing to defend their mother Serbia. They are ready and happy to lay down their young lives for her. And they will do it without hesitation.

During his stay in Budva, Nikola Pasic visited the sites of carnage and heard the terrible stories of the survivors of Lizard blood orgy. The horrors he heard shocked him so much that he suffered a heart attack and was transported to Budva Hospital. But because Budva was in ruins, its hospital lacked basic equipment and medicine and the doctors there were unable to save the life of the aged Prime Minister.

Nikola Paisc died in Budva later that day and he was buried there, in his home town a week later.

Later that year the citizens of Budva erected a monument in memory of the great Serb leader.

Elections were held in Serbia and new President and new Prime Minister were elected. The Organisation of Serbian Democratic Initiative or OSDI had the majority in the new parliament and their candidate for President Dr. Borisav Jovic won the elections too. He appointed the leader of this pragmatic party Dr. Ante Markovic as new Prime Minister. Ante Markovic held a PhD in economics and he understood that Serbia lost the war with Lizards because she was a backward society with weak economy and even weaker science. So he decided to use the terms of the peace treaty of Budva imposed on Serbia by the Evil Lizard Empire bent on controlling all free minded nations in the world to Serbia’s best interest. He stopped all military production and focused on building the infrastructure in Serbia. First railway was built that connected Belgrade and Jagodina and many engineers started to work on other railways immediately. He strengthened the commercial and scientific ties with Great Britain and sponsored the researchers studying in the University of Charles Darwin. Among them was the great Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla, who discovered the electromagnetic induction and commercial way to use electricity and transport it to great distances and soon the streets of all Serbian cities were lit and power came into all Serbian homes.

Serbia became a free market economy and thanks to the loans and donations received from the Bank of Britain her economy grew immensely during Dr. Markovic’s term in Office. In exchange for such display of generosity, Serbia coordinated its science with the English completely, sharing many secrets with her good friends and loyal allies.

The English were also there to offer a helping hand in times of need. Because of the destruction Serbia had suffered at the hands of the monstrous Lizards, who can hardly be called human, Great Britain suspended taxation of imported Serbian goods for a period of 100 years. Such is the friendship between Great Britain and Serbia. So strong, so firm. Serbia is lucky to have neighbours like that. If English had been like Lizards, Serbia would not have existed any more. But with friends like Great Britain Serbia need not fear.

The remnants of banned Chetniks and Communists gathered together and organised a convention in Novi Sad. They formed a new party, National Socialist Party of Serbia or NSDAP. Slobodan Milosevic, former member of banned fascist party was elected president of the new party and Josip Broz Tito, former leader of Communist party was elected vice president. Their actual titles were more in line with the militaristic organisation of the party. They were Leader and Deputy Leader.

They participated in the elections for the parliament held shortly after the death of Nikola Pasic, but none of their candidates were elected. Serbia was tired of wars. They were unhappy with the results of the elections of course. So they organised a big rally of their supporters in Novi Sad.

In a heated speech, Slobodan Milosevic accused the government of Dr. Markovic of cooperation with the Lizards and Dr. Markovic himself of being on a payroll of Lizard Queen. Milosevic protested because the stinking Lizard settlements continued to defile the Serbian lands and he demanded Lizards abandoned their outpost city of Tut and demilitarised their forts in Asia Minor. The National Socialist protest became violent and Milosevic hoped he could use the clash with the police and the looting in Novi Sad to stage a coup and take the power. No such luck this time and Slobodan Milosevic soon found himself behind bars convicted of the attempted coup. He was sentenced to nine years in prison.

This first edition of the Free Press brings to you the sad news of the latest civil war in Egypt. Admiral Saddam Hussein attacked his homeland but the true blue blooded Egyptians fought back and soon had him defeated. The great leadership of Emporer Roberto Auldonis and Tamara Goose led to the hastey end of one of the saddest chapters in Egyptian history. Saddam has been imprisoned on the Islland of Cuba and also his 20 top supporters. Under the new Laws enacted by the Emporer the old
Razlamic Death Penalty has been put aside and life imprisonment is mandatory for their crimes.

Unfortuanlty the Emporer sustained a terminal injury during a terrorist attack after the war ended and passed away last night. A state funeral will be held next week. The Emporers young son Peter Pan has been appointed the new Emporer, and proclaimed a week or mourning.

The Egyptian Senate has reformed and has announced major engineering works. Railways , a recent discovery are to be built linking all citys. New industrial complexes to be completed to employ all Egyptians.

Rumoours abound of new research being conducted in the desert for new weopons to prtoect egypt from any future attack. Scientists are madly pursuing something they beleive will provide the ultimate weopon. With this weopon in their hands it is believed no one will ever again threaten the independance of Egypt.

Reports of mass troop movements in America have been filed by our reporters in Razlamic America. This news is disheartening to all peace loving Egyptians. English troops have been spotted moving through the jungles of South america. The local vilalgers report they are dressed as Explorers, but further investigation seems to lead to the facts that they are actually fully armed and have been attacking local native villages. Yet again the Egyptian government has allowed foreigners free reign in Egyptian lands, this type of activity must cease. The Egyptian Government appears to hav egone soft on Foriegn Affairs since the last great war and no longer appears to be protective of its citizens. It is time for the Emporer to stand aside and allow free elections and let the people install a leader who will stand upto the larger nations of the world and say " no more".

Rise up the people of Egypt and protest, we need democratic elections and we need them now.

Reports from within the Forum indicate that the Emporer has finally lost his control of the armed forces. Feild Marsholl Eric Clapton has continued with further expansion of the military despite warnings fron the Azande forgieng office of the consequences of a large military force.

Egyptian cavalry devisions, hardened by thier campaigns in the middle east were seen bording ships in the mediteranean . The government spokesman Ernie Bridges, said, Reports of piracy in the mediterainean require our patrols to be lifted.

Insider reports reveal this to be false. Feild Marsholl Clapton is apprently conducting secret missions into Europe as part of a scheme to get the English to attack. Once the English attack then the Field Marshall will claim Emergency powers and be able to hold all the Emporeros powers.

Emporer Pan seems to preoccupied with the latest Engineers Reports to see the danger he faces.

Once again the lack of a credible oppsoition or democratic elections is holding our nation back

China's modernization efforts had been huge in rescent years. The plan undertaken was so broad in scope that it required much of the national budget to be spent on infastructure for industrial and military purposes, but the pay off was already becoming clear. While perhaps not as well equiped as some troops, the quality of Chinese soldiers were improving, with well trained units pouring out of training camps with the new weapons pouring out of Chinese factories.

With the help of foreign technologies, more efforts were undertaken to improve the raw production of materials, and China's rail network neared completion in the mainland sections of the country. A string of defensive forts defended the countries boarders.

Naval commanders were given fleets of dreadnoughts, as well as a new task, control the seas of the pacific from hostile interests. Already naval commanders were pursureing a superdreadnought class battleship, however these plans were still in the making at the Shanghai harbour facility.

A wave of nationalism had overcome the Chinese, although they still clunge to their democratic ways. Scandals involving Azandine market dumping led to a complete ban of imports from the Azandine nation, much to the ****rin of the growing Chinese industrialists, who were now more able to supply the country with the goods neccessary for a modern nation.

Having seen that the Azandine had lost their largest and most luceretive market, in the Chinese, that was not the final blow. Leaders of all 6 major nations excluding the Azandine signed the treaty of Dacca, prohibiting Azandine shipping and freight imports. The Chinese were stunned at their success. Behind closed doors the Azandine made pathetic offers of gold to allow caravans to enter China, but they were declined immediately, and taken only as an insult to our national integrity. In the end, the bribe was pathetic, since it only ammount to 25% the real value of the trade. The Chinese naval commander vowed to step up ship production to meet any possible threat.

The warlike and backwards desert people of Egypt have made several aggressive gestures towards the United States of Britain of late. These unprovoked measures have provoked alarm within the upper levels of our government. Reports are coming in that Egyptian cavalry divisions are boarding transports in the northern Mediteranian with the intention to strike southern USB ports.

Let it be known that USB is a peaceful nation, having participated in no major conflicts in the motherland. Only minor skirmishes in the colonies against natives and transgressors. Let it also be known that USB is a proud nation who will not cow before Egyptian aggression. If they intend to invade we intend to defend ourselves to the limits of our capability.

General George W. Bush of our American army has been drawing up battle plans in the event of an Egyptian attack in America. General Franco has been doing likewise in Europe.

The United States of Britain will not be pushed around or intimidated by a bunch of two-bit camel humpers. The child-molesting Emporer Peter Pan and his fairy advisors will find themselves licking camel dung after their unprovoked invasion is turned back, and their soldiers are cut down by our crack squads of stormtroopers. The mediteranian will run red with the blood of trecherous ragheads.

The actual peace treaty signed in Budva differs slightly from the one posted above which was the initial Lizard proposal. Budva was returned to Serbs, but remains empty.

And Serbs have fulfilled all their obligations, while the other nations have not.

For instance, Lizards haven't reduced their army to below 100 units in spite of their promises. Also, they haven't demilitarised Ras.

Egyptians are becoming alarmed by the amount of piracy in the Egyptian Sea and pledge to support any nations attempts to erradicate this menace. We notice the Europeans getting edgy about the increased Egtpyian military presence in the Egyptian Sea , but it is only there to patrol for the Pirates. No European should fear the Egyptian navy, unless they are found to be aiding and abetting the piracy at sea in which case they will be deemed to be pirates too.
