Did they change the effect of Forbidden Palace?
In my current game my Forbidden Palace has only a minor effect. Even in the city i built it i still get 4 Shield corruption of 11 total production (image). If i destroy the city, corruption in surrounding citys increases a littlebit. So it has some effect but not the desired. Any solutions, or did i miss something?
