And before anyone starts yelling crap about bodybuilding, read the program again. I lift ONLY 3 times a week, that's not much. But that's because I'm not very small to begin with, so I'm not trying to get bigger. I'm not trying to get smaller either. I do mostly cardio, very much of it, but I enjoy it and it makes me feel good, plus it makes me look healthy and think clearly.

And frankly, for the most of you I don't understand the way you treat your vessel where you're supposed to live your whole life. Eating and drinking poison, not moving, and in late 30s looking like that, and not like 29

In healthy body lives healthy mind.

Plus I tend to get flabby quite soon if I don't do good work outs.. I like eating pretty much a lot.

yeah Pekka... too many people drink and smoke poison that's killing their bodies.

AS, Exactly! I mean.. you don't have to work out everyday to be in ok shape, and being in ok shape is great! Being in BAD shape is what sucks and is disrespecting the body.....

I work outside and I get a hell of a lot of cardio. When I first started I got less muscle mass than I was expecting. It did gave me a firm fitness base to move into weights work though. Only then did I start to really bulk up.

I set myself a target recently to do 10 pull down exercises on my friends multigym at 200kg. Pretty chuffed I pulled it off as 2 weeks before I could only lift it once.

On the back of my success I threw all my lesser weights from my dumbells onto a bar and started pressing it above my head. Damn thing made my elbow flare up again, and I have had to nurse it at work

I need to focus my upper body to keep up my pace, but leaving my left elbow well alone. Anything I can do?

Snotty, yeah, some jobs give you great work out. I've been at counstruction sites many summers, and had to do some heavy lifting all day long outdoors.. I didn't exactly go to gym after that! There are some lazy guys who just hangs around with their big guts looking busy, then there are some hard working guys, and I gained much respect, some of the put a huge effort every day physically, and many times mentally too.
