upgrading warriors
I'm playing Celts, I have a city with Barracks, iron is available (Gallic Swordsman is an option in the production list), the civilopedia says warriors upgrade to Gallic Swordsmen, and I have no upgrade button available and can't upgrade a warrior in the city. Any idea why?

Is the Iron inside your Cultural Borders?
Is there a Road on the Iron?
From your description, it sounds like the answer to both is, 'Yes' since GS shows in the Build List.

Ok then, do you have enough Gold? Upgrades cost $$. I can't remember how much at the moment, but if your Treasury is low, you won't be able to upgrade your Warriors.

Also, are the Warriors INSIDE your Barracks City? Move them into the City then the Upgrade should become available. If you don't see the 'Upgrade' button on the screen, then (with the Warriors inside the city) dbl-clk on the city to go into the city and rt-clk on the Warrior(s). Upgrade should be an option on the list.

You need 90 gold to upgrade 1 warrior to gallic swordsman IIRC. If you have less than that, the upgrade option doesn't appear.

Also you need to have movement left. Look in the cities resource box and see if the iron is present for that city.
