New Secret Projects
Is there any way to create some new Secret Projects? There are empty slots, even slot 38 has a movie, but how make them work the way we want? Are all secret projects hard coded in exe file?

Did you never saw that movie ingame? 
It shows when another faction builds the Transcendence SP.
