EDIT: I think Mark was talking about the upload service though.

I don't think you can hotlink to it. But I know you are not allowed too. So you will have to either post the image on somewhere else too, or link to the thread (post) with the image.

If you are talking about the [IMG] tags, no, you canīt link to attachments, not even inside Poly IIRC
