All civs one map mod?

I know there was a thread on this not too long ago. What I'm looking for is a mod or scenario where all the civs are on the map to start. Did someone do a scenario on this?

I tried to do a search, but the terms "32 civ map" all are words under four letters, so it doesn't work. I couldn't think of another search term.
