Space Empires III

I hate to seem like a cheap bastard but does anyone have a registration code for this game? I haven't had much luck convincing the parents to let me use the credit card for buy Space Empires IV (Their not really computer literate and don't trust internet buying all that much) and Space Empires games aren't available at stores so i can't save my money to buy it. I'm hopelessly addicted to this game but only being able to get cruisers gets a tad old after a month or two.
