Can we get more than 8 civs out of CTP2?
As subject asks, Activision is it possible that as with CTP1 we can edit a text file to play with more than 8 civs?

did they leave the text entry ability in at least? i always used 16 civs (32 was a bit excessive - for me personally anyway)

I, for one, will not buy the game if it does not have either (1) the ability to edit the number of civs, or (2) the ability to customize *easily* the names of my own civ and those of my opponents. (Well, I might buy it a few years from now when it drops down to around $20.)
I play civ games to give wings to my imagination. It's my only vice, and it must be worth the time I spend in it. (Okay, reading and posting to this forum might be a vice. I should be studying for my entrance exams. I just can't resist commiserating with so many people who share my vice...er...interests.)

Thanks to Paraya we've now had this answered, that it will be available in a text file but as before with no official support.
