Where in the HELL are the orders from AMAZON????
Hey there,

anybody knows what is going on with the orders of CTP2 in AMAZON.com???

I pre-ordered CTP2 2 weeks ago and still nothing... now their website says it SHOULD ship in 2-3 days...

Why aren't they keeping their word??? (release 17th)

I'm angry!

when they say "This item usually ships within 2-3 days" it means that if you order the game, they will ship it in 2-3 days after your order. so assuming a the did get the game on the 17th(as they said), you'll have to wait 2-3 days

that's what i understand...

That happens. I ordered it yesterday. Just annoys me that they don't get the required stock in, when they know how many people have ordered the thing.

If you ask me, Amazon should stick to books.

No way, I bought my stereo from them. And I buy tons of software. I just don't buy things that I "can't wait" for. Anything I want right away, I go to the store. But they're bloody conveniant for the things that I want, and I don't want to be bothered going to the store for. But that's true of all web or mail order places.

I wish i could just go to the store mister!

But right in front of you you have a southamerican lover of your masterpiece. Guess if there is a store here stocking your masterpiece???

Right! There isn't!!! I live (by now) in a ****ing underdeveloped country that not even tries to have original software... hoping it to have some store selling CTP2 is just an electric dream...

So i depend absolutely on those "e-business" dudes... and Amazon was honoring its dates very well till now..

That's why i'm asking!

You know, Pyaray, you should even consider having a guy like me as a "walking propaganda" in this latitudes... there are a lot of people here who loved the civ series but don't get so much info to know that there is a masterpiece called CTP2...

In other words, i should be your beta-alfa-whatever tester here...if you know what i mean

That way i wouldn't have to worry about those ****ing e-business freeks...

See you later, aligator... as soon as i get my copy (because some guys outthere didn't think about me...)
