Technocracy
In the Great Library it says a technocracy can support a maximum of 45 cities.

I had 54 cities running on a Corporate Republic, which also supports 45 cities.. Thus I had -9 happiness because of the 9 additional cities. However, when I changed to a technocracy, that -9 happiness disappeared somehow...

So... is the Great Library wrong and does a technocracy really support 60 cities?

Or is this some sort of weird bug?

Are you sure you'd made it to Technocracy when you looked at the Happiness, or were you still in Anarchy after switching from CR?

Yeah, and actually, I figured it out.. I needed to wait 1 turn after the technocracy became effective, and then all the unhappiness returned

Still, I do consider this a minor bug though, all changes should be effective immediately when a new government has risen.
