Hotseat
I turned hotseat on and played out 45 turns. It has some interesting bugs. Diplomacy with other players is off, and events--like attacks on your forces--involving other players (human or computer) are not reported to you.

I can see why they canned it.

Well, with all of the bugs and hick-ups in the basic multiplay game, I would have been SHOCKED if Hotseat worked!

Is there any chance that one of the wizards here could conjure up something to make it work properly?

I have never seen something like that. It took 2 years to Activision to lay that S**T. I'm really angry with them...
I can't even think it is possible.

1. They've wiped out the space conquest part of the game

2. It's impossible to play an HotSeat game without modifying a file.

3. Diplomacy DO NOT WORK, if you play against the AIs, they refuse any proposal you send, and against other humans, diplomacy simply doesn't exist.

4. There isn't new units

5. There only one or two new buildings.

6. The interface is still the same kind of S**T than CTP1

7. The game still too slow at start in multiplayer.

So when i hear that Activision has began to develop CTP3, i feel like they're playing with my money, and I hate that...
