does anyone know
does anyone know what the celebrations(when the city is happy) does. I looked in the manual and have found no explanation for this. I remember in civ2 under democracy the cities grew every turn. I didn't know if its something simular or what it does. Any help would be apreciated.

I am not sure, but from what I can tell, the celebrations in cities do nothing. If I'm wrong someone correct me.
