Time for a new Empire

I'm not sure where I read the rumor, but I heard that the next
Civ game was to be done by members of the original Sid team and,
more importantly, not Activision! Is this true? What company
will release it? When? I also heard they where going back to real
videos instead of animated. But, I won't get my hopes up. Sometimes
rumors start wars...
