Um - what does SLIC mean? What text files do I go to in order to make SLIC modifications?

SLIC is a scripting language that allows you to make changes in the 'state' of the game: create units/building/wonders, give players advances or money, change diplomatic relationships, etc., all during the game. It's kind of a small programming language so if you don't have any programming experience you'd better wait for the documentation Activision promised to release before you make any changes. SLIC files all have the extension slc instead of txt (but it are still text files).
