Im having some prob

Im having some prob with errors in ctp2. My first prob is that it dont generate ruins in 1player. it does in multi but not in one player. Im not exactly sure why this is but it might have something to do with my mods. I replaced with origionals though and still does the same thing, any help would be apreciated, im at a loss.
