I like the new look, but must comment that the thread load times are horrendous on the main Bulletin Board Page.

there is some serious tweaking to be done both on the user side as well as the admin side....

Good work Mark, but another thing to call your attention to:

The "reply to" threads take far too long to load it took me nearly 3 minutes for this reply thread to load.
