Carrier deck?
How do I make a carrier deck? I have the required techs and stuff. IT shows up on the help as something to make but I cant figure this out

The carrier deck is a special ability.
Just choose it as special ability for Your unit.

dont know if to say - but unit hast to be a water-based chassis and the "transport" module in primary position
