Wonders in Scenarios

I've been working on this scenario of mine for a long time...and I thought I'd spice it up with some new wonders since it was pretty much an entirely military scenario before- but when the civs get the new technology (Whether given to them in an event or researched on their own) they cannot build the wonders! What the HELL is with that?

You must be using wonders as objectives, in that ase no new wonders can be built.
