Yes, a good thick and deep manual (spiral bound) and a nice poster with bright colors, which, by the way, could depict the female advisor naked

But a neat idea would be to have a mousepad with all the shortcut keys used to perform the most common tasks. It would make life easier...

I don't know about the mousepad, but I LOVE your poster idea.
