AI Frenzy Mod

When I use AI Frenzy as the scenario in my games, right at the start when I first load a new game it crashes to the desktop with slic errors. There are about 5 of them and they all say an error about ArmyIsValid but with several different numbers. I have the patch for CTP2 so I don't know why that happens When I click the CTP2 program in the taskbar it maximises the game and continues normally with my settler in the middle of the screen Does this mean the frenzy is working or not?
