How can you win a copy of Civ3?

Yesterday, I can't remember where, I saw an add for winning a copy of Civ3. The link just pointed me to civ3.com .

Anyone know what this was talking about? Don't remember hearing about how we can win a copy.

just thought I would bring this post (originally posted in Sept.) back. I knew I saw an ad for winning Civ3!
