Roman Scenerios
Are there any in production? Also, does anyone know of any good ones (other then Imperirum Romanum)?

I'd recomend Masis's scenarios on the Roman Empire.

His scenario 'The age of Constantine' can be found on the Spanich Civilisation Site.

Alex Mor's scenario 'Spartacus' is generally considered to be very good (personally, I've never been able to get into it ). I'm not sure where its currently advailable Try Civfanatics.

Jesús Balsinde's "Of Celts and Iberians"
Prometeus made one about the Celts in Italy too... Apart from that, check the Civilization Scenario Collection, The Spanish Civ2 Site and Civfanatics...

Rome 280bc on the SL site is pretty good, too. It is more or less a vast improvement over the default Rome scenario that comes with CivII.

the scn that St leo says is one of my favourites also, the barbarians alway have units hanging around, but it is easier than it should (don´t misunderstand me, it´s not an easy scn)
maybe if you make the barbarians units cheaper the scn would be harder
