Mod Creator Program - Questions
I've just begun work on a Civ2 modification program using VB6. However, I don't know the Civ2 data files that well. Does anyone know where I can get some elaborate tutorials on this subject?
One thing I hope to implement in the program is a utility that allows you to edit the graphics. I know most people that create mod packs have Paint Shop Pro or something, but I want include a graphics editor anyway.
Now the program will be free when I finish, however you won't be able to run it unless you have VB6. I'm using the "Working Model of VB6", which doesn't allow me to compile my programs. Does anyone know if it is illegal to have someone compile it for you?
