How do you handle the avi's ???
The one problem I've seen in most CIV2 scenarios is that weird or improper hearlds/diplomacy screens are applied to civilizations. You have to either live with it or you have to turn the diplomacy and heralds off altogether.
The one question I have is , in what file is the code located that assigns the avi to a civilization ??

I'm not sure but I believe it has to do with what order the civilization comes in in the rules.txt file.

I came to that conclusion when I switched the
the places of two civs in the rules.txt file.
