Civ3 SE arrives to Finland 16.11.2001
I just visited a local store (Helsinki center Stockmann) and they had a sign telling that Civ3 SE will arrive on 16.11.2001 to the importer in Finland.
No info on LE sofar.
So only two weeks after USA and Britan, not bad for SE.
(But I want the LE in the tinbox)

Yeah, but I thought that this information might interest others too.
If it comes to Finland in just two extra weeks, we can asume somethig alike for rest of Europe too.

I've talked to my local store here in Sundsvall, Sweden and they said they would have it 16 november... Can't wait 
Yesterday I downloaded and played Civ2 Gold for the first time in several years, I have owned it before but lost it somehow. Anyway I must say that it doesn't was as funny as I remember. I really doesn't hope that Civ3 will disappoint me...

I really hope that I get my pre-ordered LE-version before 16 november. I dont know if Im able to hold out another 2-3 weeks into early/mid december (or even longer, God forbid), just to avoid buying two copies.

Here in Copenhagen, Denmark, the people will be able to buy the Standard edition in the stores on November 16th. But of course I took no chances a month ago, and therefore I have already pre-ordered the Limited Edition Tin from the USA. Then I will have the game about a week before the original Danish release... Well, you are a "real hardcore fan" of Civilization, right?!

Civ3 SE for 236 FIM
A finnish web-store ( www.verkkoakuppa.com) is selling Civ3 SE for 236 FIM (~36 USD). I think that is quite cheep, at least compared to prices seen here (~45USD).
But I want LE.

We won't see BTE on sale in Finland,
because Inforgrames ( or more like: Infogrames That Sucks  ) doesn't ship the BTE outside the
States. The reason is that they think that
"the Amricans are more important".
