leaders and armies
Will leaders be time dependent for each Civ? (Washington first then latter Patton, etc...)
And, will the leaders have specific abilities (Patton--> +1 attack for tanks for example?)

I don't believe we know for sure yet, I know that the idea was pushed around at Firaxis...
If we don't have it ... can the scenario editor customize specific leaders that much?

I expect they have a list of leader names and they come one at a time, top-of-list to bottom, regardless of the actual in-game date.

As for the leader-specific abilities...no. I'm pretty sure no specific abilities are in there. If there are, I'll hate it (I assume that would be harder to take out of the game than the Unique Civ attributes and Units...which I will use a couple times, but not many)

With only four of them in all the game(s) the ign.com previewer played, it won't need to be a long list. The question is can the names be changed, because I'm sure not to like Firaxis' choice.

I think......... I think each civ has their own leader set...... however this might not be the case considering that...... Who will they have for the Zulu leaders?

All the major Modern Civs ( European, Americans, India, China, Japan etc ) will be easy to pick leaders for.

Yo be honest I think Patton would be better suited to +1 for unit speed if they do have abilities ( which I sincerely doubt ) as most of this campaign was an attempt to charge Berlin as soon as humanly possible. Monty by comparison would probably in accuracy's sake get a +1 or so for defense as that was better suited to his more cautious approach.

I posted a new thread about guessing which leaders will be in the game.

I can't wait to create custom civs with custom leaders (if they are in a txt file or available for edit in the scenario tool).
