nlmalph Settler Local Time: 15:14 Local Date: October 31, 2010 Join Date: Aug 2001 Posts: 16	No stealing tech in war time seen here you can't do investigate/steal missions while at war. I'm pretty sure I hadn't heard that before. Good news, in my book, as I think it effectively balances the Steal Tech ability (I consider it too powerful in civ2).
