Right, I've stepped off the "All-in-one"-idea, too hard to do at this stage.

I've decided to Paradise myself to 2000 acres

Current Strat
35% Homes
10% Mills
20% Watchtowers
20% Guilds
15% Towers

Planned Strat
50% Homes
10% Watchtowers
25% Guilds
15% Towers

I might reduce the Guilds- and Towers-percentage in a later stage and replace them with Homes and/or Schools.

i have hit the 600acrepoint.......but i guess i am landfat...not quite sure..

2000att spec
4200def spec
2200 elites
1500 horses

my buildings are all within your ranges..almost on a tee....i switched barracks for hospitals though....

i am thinking i should have gone with more armouries than the strat suggested......

i only have 200 thieves and about 250 wizzies.......

my thieves die at an astonishing rate sometimes......

our kd is still a ghetto but we have a guy who defected who is larger than i now......which is good.....

we are going to war today with a dragon and against the kd (48 48) whom we have been at war with for almost 3/4 of a year.....

we are now about 100k networth bigger, since that new guy defected to us...so in reality without him we would be 3% larger only....so should be some good battles...

my science pump is down as well..... pretty close to what you suggested....other than def ...what should i be doing ...

The term "landfat" is related to your Networth/Acre-ratio, usually 130-160 gc per acre is good enough to not make you look landfat, and the Science pump should make you look less landfat as well.

Not bad, this gives you ~46 dpa, if you cast Minor Protection, it will be ~50 dpa.
I suggest you convert the att specs back to soldiers (through the Release Forces-link) and train 1200 def specs and 800 Elf Lords out of them.

That was a relative consideration, Elf elites only cost 1,200 gc, which is already 20% cheaper than the elites of other races (except Halflings), so with fewer Armories you get pretty much the same cost saving. Besides, when training def specs, Banks are more effective, also because Elf specs are 20% cheaper.

Well, I already pointed out the conversion of the att specs. Converting the 2000 soldiers back to soldiers will raise your dpa as well.
You still have your Armories, so this should be your first priority.

After you've done this, this is a possible strat:

35% Homes
08% Farms
25% Barracks
20% Hospitals
05% Guilds
05% Towers
10% Watchtowers
02% Stables

Again, this was a relative consideration:
No Armories here, because this strat maxes out the hospitals, resulting in 80% fewer losses in combat, so you'll have to retrain fewer forces.
Furthermore, maxing out Barracks means attack time is halved. This will give you the opportunity to suicide, because if someone then retals on you, you'll be back fast enough to bash back again
And the 10% Watchtowers compensate well for your low tpa, because it gives you 40% chance of catching enemy Thieves.
But feel free to experiment with the numbers and good luck with the war

Edit:
Forgot to mention the Military training aspect:
You should have at least 9 def specs per acre (36 dpa permanent standing at home) and you should work towards 6,000-8,000 Elf Lords (@1,000 acres). Keep casting Minor Protection and you'll have adequate defense, but more importantly, tremendous fire power
Furthermore, try to get 1 tpa @ 1,000 acres, it's not a real priority, but always nice to have

I lost 33 acres when someone two times bigger than me decided to attack. But I reached the 500 acres mark(well, in two hours ).

dying during ops.....i always send all my thieves on operations.... i don't understand how many to send....i can't make that crystal ball thing work.... or i dont know what i am doing...lol

ok i will lose the off guyz and go elite def specs....

i got hammered by rosebud 48 41 for 45 acres...at least i had the animate the dead spell working...i never leave home without it..

anyways hes a 807 acre dwarf with 4000def spec and 6000 elites i beleive...... can anyone rape this guy for me....

I would have hit your dwarf war but hes a bit too far from me too.

I just got hit by someone at 170,000nw. what a *****. i only attack people with greater nw than me.

we've been at war for the past four or five days. they suck. this is the first war were we have been really successful. my nw has gone up about 30000 over the duration of the war.

I have reflect magic on almost constantly. its fun watching their spells bounce back.

why did they give you reflect magic??

Reflect magic is a spell you can cast to give you a chance or reflecting spells cast on your province back on your enemy.

It must be race specific.

oh man i wish i had of come to apolyton before utopia. i just used my theives down to 9% stealth kidnapping people from an enemy. i kidnapped him down to 55% utilization, but i think i would have gone after that province instead.

hehe thanks zopper....i figured out how to cb someone properly with the angel and such....made a good land grab off an orc close to my size....took 53 acres of land

with my over 5000 def spec and 450 elites still at home, there shouldn't be any reprisals from this fella !!!!!

I didn't make exact calculations, but your utilization should be good and you've pumped quite some money into Alchemy, so income should be OK. Otherwise, ask for money in the forums
What's your current income?

i make about 29500k and my upkeep is around 4500...so i am neting about 25ooo with all my banks right now.......

2400elites
450offspec...to train into elites when they come home...
250 wizzies
175 thieves

i need way more elites...so i can't go hospitals yet.....as i need those armouries...

125 homes 21.5%
55 farms 9.5%
112 arm 19.2%
125 barack 21.5%
89 banks 15.3%
30 guilds/towers 5% each
12 stables 2%
4 forts under construction...

i am losing 2-300 bushels of food per month
not really growing too quick
i have tons of cash but no troops to train...
when i am sent troops, i then lose peasants as am maxed in limits
i have done all my science research

casting paradise is expensive and i don't produce as many runes now that i cut it by half.

i am low on thieves, wizzies, and elites......

i wonder what i should do with my 53 new acres in 12 hours....

at least my arnies come home quick!
