This has happened to me once, in a game against blarney. Got me what the heck happened.

Anyways, new developments in the game: Psybernetic military Modules, running enhanced strategy algorhythms, have come to the conclusion that unless the Peacekeeper known as knowhow2 is countered, and quickly, that his minions will shortly overun Planet! Therefore the Psybernetic Nation has entered the war between the UN and the University, by absorbing UN Observatory into the Consciousness!

Anyways, since we have some time before the next turn in this game (doesn't it always happen when things get really interesting!?!), why I thought I'd post something I had prepared back when I first took over the Prime Function position from Beta Unit Bella Hella. Essentially I immediately recognized that if I was going to succeed in this game, that I would need to initiate a breeding program to build up the population, and since my own people were deficient in this aspect, that I would need to look elsewhere for ideal breeding partners, and so specific individuals were sent from the Collective to aquire breeding material from other factions. The following is a Field Report from one of our Psybernetic Field Scouts:
