Help with custom civs
Someone knows how can i get more than 3 civs from each color? I see in the rules.txt file information about Arab and Inca leader and their personalities. Arab color is 5 (light blue) and Inca are white. They have their city names too in city.txt, but you can´t select them nor the computer controls them.
Is there a way from them to appear in a normal game or even create more civs for a blue color for example?. Note that i´m not talking about increasing the number of civs in a game (limit is 7), but increase the number of selectable civs.
Thanks for your time.

In Civ II you can only have 21 possible civs at anyone time as your initial selection choices. If you add the Arabs, Incas, Canandians, etc. then they must replace one or more of the standard 21 civs. The readme file and the manuals explain the process fairly well. Check some of the threads in the General Forum from around Jan - June 1999. There were several about substitued civs that provided leaders, attributes, and extensive city names.
