ICS....needed?
Is ICS needed to stop the expanding computer?
I know how everyone was saying "ICS will be useless in Civ 3!" and stuff, but since I played, I noticed that unless I build cities almost continuously (sp?) from when the game starts, my oppenents will control all the land.
I tried micromanaging several cities, and although my culure was sky-high, I still had a hard time competing with the Aztecs, simply because they had FOUR TIMES the amount of cities I did.
anyone else find this?
