Sarxis Emperor Local Time: 11:55 Local Date: October 31, 2010 Join Date: Sep 1999 Posts: 3,361	The Pentagon and Army loading I was late in a game, had the Pentagon built, and I noticed that I could load armies up while they where outside of cities. I haven't yet tried to make an army outside a city without the Pentagon built- hopefully this isn't a bug, but a bonus of the Pentagon.
