To Automate or not to Automate

Do you guys Automate your workers?
I usually do
Just wondering if the trend is to manage them manually or not... and what's the best way to go

When I want something to be done correctily, I do it myself.

I don't know about this, but I think that manually controlling them will save you some resources in the long run... however I just can't be bothered with doing that, so they go on automatic as soon as they're activated
