Not seeing behind mountains?
I don't have the game so I was woundering:

Do units see behind mountains? Was a little idea I got...

Define. What do you mean?

Units see mountains from 2 sqaures away, or 3 can't member, and see hills too. But they can only see the outline of one mountain sqaure, 8 sqaures around it will be shroded in darkness. Which I htink is very cool, you can see a mountain from far away, yep that's true, once you get on it, you can see a lot.

This is porvided there is not forests, and tons of stuff blocking your LOS.

Units cannot see the opposite side of a mountain. Units on mountains and hills can see 2 squares (unless the adjacent square is also a mountain.)

Units on hills can not see over hills (and seemingly jungle). Units on mountains can see over hills, but not other mountains. Works in reverse too, at least for mountains (suddenly I'm blank if it works for hills).. but if you're 2 squares away from a mountain, you know it's there, unless more mountains are in the way.
