Mobilization?
What the heck is this "mobilization" I occasionally hear references to? It's not mentioned in either the Manual or Prima's Guide. Little help, please......

If you take a look in the in game Civilopedia it is in there.
After you develop nationalism you can chose to set your nation to "Mobilization" in your domestic advisor screen.

During that time cities producing military units produce one extra shield in every square that they already have a shield in. The down side is that your cities then can not build anything but military units or military improvements.

Since I haven't tried it myself but I'm not sure what effect this may have on the "war weariness"concept.
