Bug with city size stuck?
Something very strange has happened to one of my citys. It has stopped growing. There is excess food, and the reserve is full, so by all logic, it should grow one point (from 6 to 7). However, it just sits there saying there are 999 turns till growth. This is not just a random one time thing, I went back to a savegame before it happened (when the city was still growing normally) and it happened a second time, at the same year. Can anybody shed some light on this? Is it a bug other people have encountered too?

One interesting thing, which I think is a feature and not a bug, is that if a city is built adjacent to a river, it requires not aquaduct to grow to size >6.
