Communism - not equal share for everyone?
I was so excited when I discovered that the Communism government suffers "the same, limited effects" on corruption, on all cities. I thought it as a complete, clean and neat solution to corruption and waste.

So, in my third game I expanded into every inch of the map and built more than 70 cities and then go straight from Democracy to the red government...

But then my corruption/wastes in cities... INCREASED!! The production rates of my outer cities remained the same 1 shield/turn, tho they have 12 pop and mines layed all around. Is that a bug or the description in Civilopedia is wrong?

I don't know.

If I am not mistaken, your corruption will still increase with more cities in your empire, but the corruption should get spread around some. Are you saying that is not what happens?

Yeah, I was disappointed too, If i spreads corruption then I havn't noticed, my close cities still have no corruption and my distant one are like 100% corrupt only 1 sheild per turn with 20 wasted
