Amazon.com cancels Rasbelin's order!
This what I'm now going to tell is true.
Even if it isn't fun.

Amazon.com has cancelled my CIV III LE order!
The order was placed on 14th October, so it
was also a pre-order. And they did it, even if they have
received my SWIFT cheque that was supposed to be the
payment.

But what makes it worse? They didn't mention
my cheque in the e-mail message they sent to me.
Just "sincere appologies". Arrrggghhh!

What the fu are they thinking? Am I not a decent
customer, if I have even paid my order?

I announce a boycott on Amazon.com orders!
So that means: no one should order Civ III or Civ III LE
from Amazon.com, if they treat us like livestock.

BTW, the BTC is continuing it's fight for Civ III LE,
and this will strengthen the battle. Join us!

Sorry, Anunikoba, but this time can't see your comment
as a humorous one, due to the current situation.
It would really be much more useful if you would
pay some attention BTC's website for instance.

Don't you know? Products with less packaging are better for the environment. Get the DVD case edition.

TT, I know that, but that's not the point.
BTW, Europeans recycle more than Americans,
so don't whine.

I actually can't see anything BUT humor in this whole idea.

[I think it may have something to do with the word 'bisquit' being involved.]

Besides- why do you guys want the BTE anyhow? I got it, and there isn't really anything very important in it.

I suppose they have partially cancelled my order
because of my inquiries to their customer service
on the behalf of the BTC. They did the same to MadRaven,
when he had asked for his order's shipment to Denmark.

Down with Amazon.com!

So actually laugh also to these PR banners?

There's more banners available, but I picked those
with the tin. Let's see how you react...

dasaecorvic, here's a simple guideline:

Rasbelin's "Insert A Banner" course

1. Go to the BTC website and click on the Promote BTC link. There you will find
promotional material (banners and signatures).

2. Find a BTC banners that fits your needs.

3. Select and copy the direct URL of the banner.
Example: http://user.sgic.fi/~erik/img/btc_400x70_1.gif

4. Insert the banner into your ACS Forums message (or PM)
by using the IMG button or by typing [ IMG ]...the URL...[ /IMG ].
Then just paste the URL you just copied from the BTC page and voilá!

Here's the result of the example case...

Code: [ IMG ]http://user.sgic.fi/~erik/img/btc_400x70_1.gif[ /IMG ]

Note that the extra spaces are inserted on purpose,
so that the vB code would be visible for you.

Visible:

5. Just finish the message and send it. If you have done
something wrong, you can always use the edit function.

Any questions?

Bakunine, they just said that they would return
the payment, but they have ignored my requests
for at least giving me the promised relief of shipping
fee (12.98$) as a compensation for my delayed order.
But as know, now they won't give me even that.
Even if they have now also cancelled my order!
Crazy!

Yes, I know that. I have recently tried to
change that, but it still appears in many
places. But Biscuit Tin Coalition is the
official name.
