problems distinguishing jungles from forests
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can more easily distinguish jungles from forests other than right clicking on each square? If not, what is the quickest and easiest way to modify the game art to change the color or appearance of jungles a little?

Perhaps someone has already done this...

rightclick on the terrain. it should bring up the terrain menu and you'll see if its forest of jungle.

Another way is to look at the workers. I've head problems distinguishing a jungle and a forest tile that sit right beside each other because they do kind of blent together and sometimes, i ended up clearing a forest instead of a jungle. But like me, you can learn from experience. If your worker has a machette (a sword icon) for clearing option, it means you're clearing a jungle.

if the icon for clearing is an axe, that means the tile is a forest.
