Does Capturing an Enemy Civ Capital give a chance of the Civ splittig in two?
Like it did in Civ2 ?

it was the same as civ 1 for me, if the civ was the most powerful on the planet and you took their capitol then it split.

I've seen no evidence that this would happen, and it wouldn't really work from a culture point of view.
