Attacking via Right of Passage.
Here's the situation, I'm on good terms with both Germany and France. I have a mutual protection pact with Gemany and Right of Passage with both contries. We takes turns like this, Me (Persians), France, German and rest of the AIs.
On the previous turn Gemany declared war on France. When my turn came, I'm still at peace with France, I was able to muster 3-5 tanks, 4-6 artillery and 2 infrantries at each of the French cites. As soon as France attacked a German unit, my MPP kicked in at now I'm at war with France. But becuase France had shifted most of it's forces towards Germany, I was able to wipe out all of France in one turn...

Oh, even though I basically abused the spirit of Right of Passage, I did not suffer any diplomatic penalties for it.
