Declare war on a civilization you have good relations with just to eliminate that city on your border with 100 horseman running around in it. Man I wish I could turn off having to watch that.

Yeah I have done that before too. I usually let my cultural borders expand past where the city is first so that when I raze it the AI doesn't plant another stupid city there in 2 turns.

I like the justice of it all when the AI city defects to me and it has like 30 units in there, all of which disappear... hehe. I've been on the receiving end of that bs enough to smirk a little when it happens to the AI.
