Customizable build queues.

Currently only 1 build queue can be saved which list may not be appropriate for all occasions.

For example: my first few cities are structured to turn out settlers, later ones - units. Being able to save custom queues for different occasions and/or civs is a must (in my view).

I realize that some units are not available for certain civs but we're capable of knowing the difference and creating specialized lists for those occasions.
